This Diamond bird linoleum has been my first piece working with reduction technique. It’s a special technique to make a multi colour print. Each colour layer is printed separately and in between the print layers more linoleum has been carved from the piece. This means there is only one print run possible. I printed this bird in two different colour combinations: blue wings and green wings on gold ink background .
